| After receiving an L.L.M from New York University, Dan came to Tucson, where he served as a professor and Assistant Dean of the University of Arizona College of law. After five years of holding this position, he began his own practice, focusing on estate and asset protection planning. Over the past 35 years, his reputation as an expert in estate and asset protection planning has grown, reflecting his passion for providing exceptional legal representation in these areas. Dan has been in the The Best lawyers of America for over 20 years under Trust & Estates, a listing of the top 1% of attorneys in the nation selected by their peers. | Karin’s focus is the area of estate planning, trusts administration , probate administration, elder law and planning for small business. Prior to receiving her law degree, she was an assistant professor at the College of Medicine in Tucson. As a result of this background, she understands health issues that impact clients, their families and their businesses. Karin specializes in the planning needs of both traditional and non-traditional families, families with special-needs children and planning needs for the continual care of pets. She is proud to provide services to the Tucson community as a member of Volunteer Lawyers. In addition, she is a member of the Prima County Bar, the Southern Arizona Estate Planning Council, the State Bar Arizona, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the American bar Association. |
